To Finally Make it Official

I'm sure you all know how I haven't posted since March. Even before, I was slacking, not posting as often as I should have, and it was always work to do and maintain. At first, it was really fun and I was loving the whole book blogging scene, don't get me wrong. You guys were all super nice to me as I was first making it into the blog scene.

I think because I'm not a very experienced blogger and I was really…intimidated by all the bigger blogs that had tons of followers and comments and those cool blog designs that I wanted to have and wanted to be capable of doing. I didn't even understand half the terms that some people used and was absolutely hopeless, in the end, trying to establish myself in the blogging scene.

Sure, I really like to read books and insert my own two cents. But it all came down to the fact that I couldn't do it. So, after some thinking, I think it's only fair to give you some closure. So if you want to declog your blogroll, you can start with this one. I won't be revisiting this blog anytime soon, and if I ever do, I would not mind to find that half my followers were gone.

So, goodbye, blog scene, I hope you all prosper. I tried to fit in here because of my mutual love of books, but I never had a mutual love of blogging like some of the other really devoted bloggers who are also around my age, and they deserve more attention. Go find them, get to know them, help them out. And I hope you all enjoy the rest of your time in the blog scene, and if you truly love it, you'll know. And if you don't, well, that'll be easy to determine.

I'm keeping this blog, so you can read my reviews, if you want, and I'm keeping my Twitter account, Facebook page, Goodreads account, and whatever may be associated with this blog. But you don't have to keep following or liking me. It's time for spring cleaning when it comes to blogroll, and my blog should be one that comes off. I'm proud of what I managed to do in such a short time, but I guess in the end, it wasn't enough.
